Additionally featured in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
